I’m Peter Enestrom — I go by Pete. I build companies. Most recently I co-founded Learnexus and grew it into the leading marketplace for on-demand L&D talent, with over 3,000 specialists serving enterprise teams. Cognota acquired it in June 2026. I’m now building Zaigo, which helps owner-led and mid-market companies implement AI. Separately, I run my 1-on-1 AI coaching practice for founders and executives.
